He comes to marketing from a computer science background, which is why the firm treats follow-up as a system to build and measure rather than a task to remember.

A patient considering a procedure researches for weeks, compares several practices and often asks at night. The practice that replies first, clearly and kindly, is the one they remember. Everything we build is aimed at that moment.
We also know the reality on your side: a front desk that is already full, consult calendars that need to stay organised, and reporting that should tell you about patients, not just clicks.
How we work
Small on purpose. Three founding practices, one per city. We would rather do this very well for a few than adequately for many.
A founder on every account. You work with Jose directly, from the first call to the monthly review.
Hands-on. We write the ads, build the pages, set up the CRM and watch the numbers ourselves.
